Hamburg was amazing! It was Lewe’s B-Day! I arrived in Hamburg in the afternoon and went straight to Lewe’s office to talk about future business. Then we went to the Club. Molotow. Interview w Mainstage and Tide. Soundcheck: The sound was very good. Thank you SoundGirl! 9pm: Baze made the warm up! Great job! Juri Gagarin were the first on stage. They rocked it! People were totally delighted! Säge passed something to Mr. B-Day Lewe: Two vouchers packed in a paper-coffin?……Lewe – keep it up!
Next: Plemo & Rampue – you kick asses! Madonna – go home! Ira Atari & Rampue on stage please: Yeah – it was a blast! We had lots of fun! Thank you Hamburg! Krink: it’s your turn. Cool guys make Sonja and me dance! Thx Krink!
Next stop: Flensburg: snow.cold.windy. We had to car-dance to keep us warm. Chatroulette kept us busy and alive. Food was delightful. Same LineUp. Great people! Marlena lost her shoes…no sleep till Schwerin! The sleeping room wasn‘t made for sleeping!
Next stop: Schwerin – was punk! Backstage w Plemo was very funny. He must be full of bruises. I hope it doesn‘t hurt too much. Plemo killed his iPhone, but oh well – he’s a rich man! he also cleaned Tilly’s shoes. Very nice!
The Show was awesome! Agent Artur Schock (aka Attu) played the Space Rocket-Punk-Air-Guitarra and he killed it! Thx Attu! He + his Guitarra will be back in Stuttgart / Feb. 27th! Don‘t miss it.

Ira Atari & Rampue begrüssen das neue Audiolith-Jahr mit ihrer Single „Space Rocket“, beweisen mit diesem hyperaktiven Stück Future Pop zum wiederholten Male ihr Gespür für die Tanzfläche und verbinden swingende Drum’n’Bass-Einflüsse, einen grossen Schuss Elektronik und Ira Atari’s unvergleichlich charmante Interpretation von partytauglichem PowerPop. Swing ist auch das grosse Stichwort für die Interpretationen, die Ira Atari selbst mit ihrem neuen Projekt The Iras abliefert – dank Überlichtgeschwindigkeit rast die „Space Rocket“ zurück in eine Zeit, in der elektronisch erzeugte Musik noch komplett undenkbar war. DJ Gimmix aus Erfurt hingegen präsentiert sich am Puls der Zeit und fängt die Urban Angst dieser Tage mit Hilfe von durchaus Grime-beeinflussten Beats ein, die ein herrlich minimalistisches Gegenstück zu Ira’s Vocals bilden. JA!KOB von der Frittenbude bounced den ElectroHouse-Floor mit seinem Remix, GhettosexXx orientiert sich an Vorbildern wie John B, Shitmat oder Venetian Snares und dreht irgendwo auf dem schmalen Grad zwischen IDM und Happy Hardcore völlig am Rad und auch ill-mannered ist dem Drum’n’Bass nicht abgeneigt und interpretiert „Space Rocket“ in einem Gerüst von Live-DnB vs. Halfstep auf seine Weise, während Rapide mit schweren Halftime-Beats, dicken E-Gitarren und vielen VocalCutUps die Rocksau gibt. Ira Atari & Rampue are back in 2010, rockin’ and ready to hit dancefloors hard with their newest, hyper-active smash hit „Space Rocket“. Octane fueled and fusing futuristic Power Pop music, swinging Drum’n’Bass-influenced beats and the occasional bit of epic electronic kitsch adding an extra thrill this one is surprising and fresh, soon to be called an underground hit. But more surprises are well waiting here: Ira Atari herself delivers two totally un-electronic versions featuring her new project The Iras – both having deeply inhaled the magic of Swing and going back to an era where no-one could even think of electronic at all. Erfurt’s DJ Gimmix comes up with another remix which is on a quite Grime-flavored tip when it comes to talking beats, JA!KOB of Frittenbude-fame serves a DJ-friendly, bouncy ElectroHouse rework whilst GhettosexXx goes mental with uptempo IDM-beats and Uplifting 4/4 HappyHardcore’ish structures that well remind of the likes of Venetian Snares, John B or Planet µ’s Shitmat. Rounding up this massive remix package we finally see ill-mannered re-working the tune into a crunchy, kind of live sounding Drum’n’Bass vs. Halftime thing and finally Ira Atari’s long-time collaborateur Rapide is on a heavy,electric guitar-influenced Halfstep tip and manages to devastate dancefloors due to massive vocal cut-ups and additional beat wizzardry.
